North Cypress Fitness in Hammond is your premier, locally-owned, full service “Family” Fitness Center serving Tangipahoa Parish – including Hammond, Ponchatoula, and the surrounding area since 2001. With 2 locations, there is never an excuse to find time for a visit. Our main location is one of the nation’s largest fitness centers with over 75,000 of indoor space and 10 acres of pristine, manicured outdoor facilities including three outdoor pools, Professional Tennis Courts, sports field, and an outdoor nature walking/jogging path.

North Cypress and Cypress Fitness 24/7 offers our members over 850 group exercise classes and small group training classes per month with the very best in equipment and personal instruction. North Cypress Fitness Center, conveniently located at 1606 S Magnolia St in Hammond Louisiana, is the premier health and fitness center in Tangipahoa Parish and home to over 10 years of experience and expertise. North Cypress is more than a “health club” a “fitness center” or a “gym”. We like to think of our facility as a “Family Fitness Resort!” No matter your age or fitness level, we promise that you will fit right in at North Cypress Fitness Center.
Club Hours
Opens on Monday at 4:00 am and does not close until Friday at 9:00 pm!

Cypress Fitness 24/7 club is located in the heart of Ponchatoula at 530 West Pine Street. We are the premier 24/7 health and fitness centers in Tangipahoa Parish and home to over 10 years of experience and expertise. Cypress Fitness 24/7 Ponchatoula is more than a “health club” a “fitness center” or a “gym”.
