Our mission is to provide an outlet where local farmers, producers, and artisans can unite to educate and serve our community while offering healthy choices and unique creations to consumers.

• Our market offers farm fresh produce, plants, flowers, prepared food & grocery staples, fresh fish, meat, eggs, & dairy, artisan trade products, and farm crafts.
• We accept SNAP/ Food Stamps. Vendors accept cash, card, and Venmo.
• The market is an official USDA SNAP authorized retailer.

Market Recycling Program

Make your Saturday market trip a little greener! On the 3rd Saturday of every month, bring your recyclables to the Hammond Farmers & Artisans Market and drop them off while you shop.

We currently accept:

• Glass
• PET #1 & #2 plastics
• Cardboard
• Aluminum

Our recycling program brings together local organizations and businesses to make recycling more accessible in our community. Keep Hammond Beautiful’s glass recycling program has been expanded through the market, while Osprey Initiative collects and processes the additional recyclable materials. The program is made possible through funding from Niagara Bottling.
